I am very disappointed about the price of an oil change. $207.00 with tax for an oil change is truly price gouging. I understand my vehicle takes 10 quarts of oil. But the same oil is around $7 a quart in stores and Mr Tire charged me $19.99 that is truly not fair and I will never use them again. The ford dealer would have been a better option.

A few months ago I found this place by trying to find a place to inspect my car. I had my car inspected here, and the team was very understanding. I never felt pressured or pushed into unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. Fast forward to recently, when I noticed a strange noise coming from my car. This was the first shop I called, and they were able to get me in right away. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, but they also had my car repaired the same day. They even went the extra mile by calling around to locate the part they needed. Their prices are reasonable, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process which I appreciate. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs! 🤗 Thank you guys!!!!

Got me in same day, did my inspection and my ball joint. 10/10 customer service and they were efficient. Thanks to whoever was at the front desk very friendly and was genuine as well! Definitely will be back

Jeff the store manager is a very nice guy, I've been going there for years and I've always been very pleased with the service. Jeff will do what he can to help you and if his store doesn't have it he will refer you to someone. He has an assisted Doug that is just as nice and helpful. Nice people clean atmosphere.

I was buying two tires that would need mounting and asked for a NYS Inspection. I was asked each time for permission to fix a problem foreseen. The charges were a bit more than I had planned. But was confident in their work and their communicating each step in the process. I consider I am a new customer of Mr Tire. In

Absolutely love coming here. Everyone here is super accommodating and helped us out in a pinch! Feel very comfortable coming here and am actually not stressed about it, especially being a female. I would recommend to friends and family and have brought some here already! Great prices, great service, and makes me feel very comfortable. Keep up the great work!!

I had a very upsetting experience with the front desk representative at Mr. Tire Auto Service on April 3. I had just bought a used car, and the dealership only allowed a 3–4 hour test drive window. I originally booked a pre-purchase inspection with Monro in Rochester, but when I arrived on time, they told me no mechanic was available. I then called Monro customer service, and they scheduled me for a 4:30 PM appointment at Mr. Tire Auto Service, explaining that they operate under the same system. When I arrived at Mr. Tire around 2:00 PM, the situation became extremely frustrating. The representative initially said they had no record of my appointment. I stepped outside to call customer service, who confirmed that the booking existed, although I had not yet received the confirmation email. Despite this, the representative repeatedly told me to go to another store on the same street, even after I explained that my appointment was specifically scheduled at this location. During a follow-up call, customer service spoke directly with him on the phone. He was very rude, dismissed the situation, and even made an inappropriate comment about our English, saying “they are bad English,” be

I had just left another Monroe muffler shop to get a an exhaust estimate left there and headed to Henrietta, which was quite a distance away and a check engine light came on and said charging system check with a picture of my battery. I lost complete steering could not do anything pulled into this location in front of their doors. Doug, who was on duty at the time came right out checked everything out for me said he would get it on the lift ended up being the belt tensioner had completely gone in my car they quickly and even though it was an hour and a half or so quickly resolved the issue they were super friendly. The branch manager was amazing all of them super friendly just reacted quickly and got me on my way. I would recommend this location to anybody. I feel they did treat me honestly fairly and again with very huge amounts of compassion and friendliness couldn’t have asked for a better location to break down
